The Build a Legacy sponsorship recognizes individuals and organizations that have made large donations ($1,000 or more) toward the establishment of Our PLACE. Donations made through both The Commemorative Brick Program, and larger donations made through The Build a Legacy Program will be recognized in the Legacy Park that will be located adjacent to the facility.

Where will Our PLACE be located?  Our PLACE under construction at the intersection of Hwy 444 and Hwy 72 in Loudon, near Food Lion.


When do you expect to open?  We hope to start serving clients In March of 2022.


How many clients will the facility serve?  We expect to serve 50 clients per week.


What are the days and hours of operation expected to be?  Our PLACE will serve clients Mondays through Fridays, Hours are yet to be determined but will coincide with a normal work day. 


How will the Legacy Program proceeds be used?  Your donations are being used for facility construction and to fund operating expenses for the first year.


Will clients pay for services?  Yes, however, the exact amount has yet to be determined. Our PLACE is a non-profit organization and its fees will be as low as possible.


What if someone can’t afford the fees?  The staff at Our PLACE will work to help clients obtain financial assistance.

Our PLACE, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, is building and plans to operate a licensed adult day center to serve Loudon, Monroe and Roane counties, as well as surrounding communities.


Our PLACE will serve those suffering from mild to moderate dementia and will provide relief to their caregivers. It will operate five days a week staffed by a full-time director, an assistant director, a part time staff  and trained volunteers.
