Capital Campaign Giving Opportunities

Capital Campaign for Our PLACE Expansion

We have now been serving our community for since March of 2022. Since then Our Place has provided help and assistance to countless individuals and caregivers through our in house programs, Caregiver Workshops and Outreach Programs. Our Place has provided ‘Moments of Joy’ to many families.

We have learned a lot in dealing with the various aspects of Dementia.  Space constraints have become our main issue due to how participants are progressing through the disease, mobility issues, and resulting activity setup constraints. The need is great as the American Alzheimer’s Association estimates that there are over 4700 individuals impacted by Alzheimer's/Dementia in Loudon and Monroe County alone.

To address this need, we have recently added a modest expansion to our facility. Our PLACE continually looks for additional ways to expand our services to support our participants and their caregivers, outreach, education, and scholarships.

Any assistance you can provide to help us continue to provide ‘Moments of Joy' for those families suffering from this terrible disease will be greatly appreciated. Please look through the following components of our Capital Campaign and choose one that aligns with you and your family.

Spring Gala Event - Dinner & Auction

The first Our PLACE Gala was held on May 19th and was a huge success! It was a night of great food, entertainment, and socializing. Please plan to attend our next planned Gala event in May, 2025.
